Architect

Responsibilities

  • Creation and presentation of integrated interior designs based on the needs and preferences of the clients
  • Working with clients to understand their requirements and style
  • Selecting materials, colours, furniture and decorative elements
  • Planning and managing project schedules and budgets
  • Overseeing the implementation of projects and ensuring quality
  • Working with other professionals such as architects, contractors and suppliers


Qualifications required

  • Degree in interior design or related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of design programs (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Creativity, inspiration and innovative approach to design
  • Ability to work with timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in project management (desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
