1. Legislative Framework
1.1 Processing of personal data shall be deemed as any action related to the collection, recording, organization, retention or storage, alteration, extraction, use, disclosure, dissemination, or any other form of provision, correlation or combination, linking, restriction, erasure, or destruction of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Processing").

1.2 For the processing of User's personal data, the Company acts as the Data Controller, and such processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation. The Company declares that it fully complies with the provisions of the relevant Greek law (European Regulation 679/2016 and the applicable Greek legislation).

2. Data Provided Directly by the User
2.1 The Company processes the information provided by the User through the Website, either by registering for the Company's Newsletter, completing the Contact Form, submitting a curriculum vitae, or by any other means, such as through advertising campaigns on social media. Similarly, the Company processes the information provided by the User through third-party websites and social media for advertising and promotion purposes of its services.

2.2 This information includes, but is not limited to: the User's full name, email address, telephone number, age, gender, and any other personal data derived from the curriculum vitae.

2.3 If the User disagrees with the use of their information for the promotion and advertising of the Company's services, they can indicate so when filling out the aforementioned contact forms.

3. Data acquired through the use of cookies

3.1 The Website uses small files called cookies, which are used by FOVERA PROSTASIA S.A. to customize the User's experience. 3.2 In principle, by collecting data through cookies, FOVERA PROSTASIA S.A. does not store or process personal data of its Website Users. However, if the processing of such data is presumed to lead to the identification of a User, such processing is justified based on Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph c of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is carried out under the terms and conditions specified in this Privacy Policy.

4. Customer Data of the Company

4.1 FOVERA PROSTASIA S.A. processes the personal data of its customers for the purposes required for the performance of their contractual obligations and agreements.

4.2 The User provides their consent, expressly agrees, and unconditionally accepts any processing activity that FOVERA PROSTASIA S.A. may undertake within the scope of providing its Services to the User. This includes, but is not limited to, representing the User and intervening in relevant procedures with public and tax authorities to safeguard and serve the financial, accounting, tax, and other related needs of the User.

4.3 The User's personal data is retained throughout the duration of the contract with FOVERA PROSTASIA S.A. and for two (2) years after its termination unless a longer period is stipulated by the applicable tax legislation. You may request the deletion of your personal data within a shorter period, which we will comply with if permissible.

5. Registration - Newsletter
5.1 User registration is not required for browsing the Website.

5.2 If desired, the User can register for the Company's newsletter by providing their email address. By sharing this address with the Company, the User accepts the Company's communication with them for promotional and advertising purposes. The Company undertakes not to disclose this address to third parties.

5.3 The User has the option to unsubscribe from the Company's newsletter at any time by notifying the Company of their intention. Upon such notification, the User's email address will be deleted from any of the Company's records within 5 business days.

6. Data collected through third-party websites

6.1 By using the Facebook Ads service, the User accepts the Privacy Policy of the social networking platform Facebook and the Company, and consents to the collection and processing of their information by the Company.

6.2 The information collected by the Company through this service includes, among other things, the User's full name, email address, and the information provided in response to the Company's questionnaire.

6.3 The Company processes this information to respond to the User's inquiries and subsequently inform and involve them in the Company's advertising campaigns. By using the service, the User accepts and consents to the processing of their information in this manner.

7. User Consent

However, this withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing based on their consent prior to the withdrawal, nor the further processing of the same data, which may be carried out under another legal basis, such as the fulfillment of a contract or the need to comply with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject.

8. Purpose of Processing

8.1 Any processing of personal data carried out by the Company takes place for legitimate and lawful purposes related to the provision of the Services chosen by the User.

8.2 The User explicitly declares and accepts that the personal data they provide and disclose to the Company, which are collected and processed by it, are relevant, appropriate, and not more than what is required for the aforementioned processing purposes.

8.3 The User's personal data are used exclusively either to serve their financial and tax needs or for internal use by the Company, or on behalf of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), if duly requested and obliged to do so. The data are also used for promoting the Company's services. For example, the email addresses of Users are used to send informative newsletters about the Company's services, as well as for communication with its customers through social media channels.

8.4 The Company undertakes not to use the User's personal data for purposes other than those mentioned herein, without prior notification and, where required, their consent.

9. User Rights
9.1 The User retains the rights provided by the provisions of Articles 15-22 of the European Regulation 679/2016.

9.2 Specifically, the User retains the right to be informed about the processing, to access personal data concerning them, which are or have been subject to processing, and to object to the processing of data concerning them, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15-22 of the European Regulation 679/2016, as well as the current Greek legislation. Regarding objections, the User may specifically request the correction, temporary non-use, restriction, transmission or non-transmission, or even the erasure of their personal data.

9.3 In order to exercise the rights provided to the User, pursuant to the aforementioned provisions, it is necessary to communicate with the Company, as well as to provide written notification to the Data Protection Officer regarding the User's claims.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 This text, as well as any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law and the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR). It is expressly agreed, acknowledged, and mutually accepted that the Courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim that may arise between the Company and the User, and shall be governed by this provision.

10.2 However, it is worth noting that the Company's permanent objective is to resolve amicably and extrajudicially any disputes that may arise from the use or interpretation and application of these terms of use.
