Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Management, preparation, and issuance of client payroll
  • Data entry and calculations
  • Client consulting on insurance and labor law matters
  • Preparation of reports and other deliverables for clients
  • Handling client inquiries regarding payroll
  • Management of all compliance processes for clients, such as contributions to insurance funds, social security, etc.
  • Communication management with public authorities

Requirements

  • Degree in economics or accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an accounting firm or a payroll outsourcing company
  • Excellent knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience with SEPE and IKA audits
  • Proficient in using the "Ergani" electronic system and payroll software, preferably Epsilon Net
  • Fluency in using PC, MS Office, and the internet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Customer-oriented mindset, responsibility, and consistency
  • Organizational skills, setting priorities
  • Desire for personal development
  • Driver's license
